Positive: This appartment was excellent. We travelled to Samarkand in very hot days of the year ( we stayed 3 weeks 7/13-8/1). This place saved us from hot weather. Appartment is in 3rd floor no elevators, building is 3 floors, 3 big rooms - 2 rooms ( 1 has 2 twin beds 2nd has 1 queen bed ) are bedrooms 1 room is a living room with sofa wich you can use as a bed - it opens, each room and kitchen has air conditioner, big tv, free internet, 24/7 water hot and cold, power went off only 2 time with short period of time, shower room and toilet room are separate, new washing machine, black out curtains wich helped us from heat, big mirror with light in it in the bathroom, hair dryer. Place has everything to be a comfortable. Location is not bad, first days it will be feeling weird but after you all get use to it. There is a local store where you can buy everything you need. If you want to go see City you can call a taxi like Lift or Uber, over there this call Yandex taxi, very cheap, 10,000 uzbek sum for 1 person inside city - $0.79 in US dollars. You need to download an app from appstore. We were ordering a food for delivery, did not had any problems, its just they will not bring to your door, you need to go down and get it. Building does not have a trash place where you can throw a trash, need to walk to a neighborhood to use there trash can which was not bad at all, for evening walk this will be a good reason. Appartment is very clean and luxury. Has all the needed supplies, we just need to buy paper towel, laundry soap. Host offered a cleaning every week but this will cost extra money around $15. We cleaned ourself, very easy, place has vacum and floor cleaning broom. Also has iron and ironing board. In the closet there are 5 bathroom robes, clean towels in the bathroom. We did not use them, because we had our own towells. Kitchen has a microway, kettle, big refrigerator. No coffee machine.

Negative: No elevators, travelling in summer time especially in a very hot days was wrong, no trash place of this building - need to walk to a neighborhood which is 5 min walk to throw the trash. Always have an international charging supplies with you because outlets there are different than what over seas countries has. If you didnt bring it, you can always buy from stores.
